After working for almost twelve years in the Luxembourg health system, he completed a Ph.D. on the theme of care pathways as a method of optimising the organisation of healthcare and services from the perspective of system thinking and pragmatic sociology . Member of 4 research centres, he has co-created two international communities of research involving researchers from several French-speaking countries and patient partners, one on Care Pathways and the other on Learning Health Systems (https://ssats.ca/).

He develops several research projects in interdisciplinary management, using a strategic, organisational and operational approach. He teaches on MBA courses and is involved in the "Programme National en Développement des Leaders" of the province of Quebec.
